Sturdy 🏋️
Spearheaded the end-to-end design process, including user research, persona creation, and user flow mapping to ensure a user-centric design.
Developed low-fidelity sketches and wireframes, transitioning to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for iterative testing and refinement.
Conducted comprehensive user testing to gather feedback, employing heuristic evaluation to identify and resolve usability issues.
Implemented design adjustments based on analytics and user feedback, significantly enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
Project Focus
Many college students enter college with the goal of pursuing fitness. Other students have been pursuing their fitness journey previously. However, due to the big change in the environment college provides, along with many barriers, gym pursuers become inconsistent and lack progress

Affinity Diagram
Affinity diagramming, as detailed by Holtzblatt, Wendell, and Wood (2005), involves organizing 500 post-it notes into themes using four levels of labels to reveal insights from participant data. This method structures qualitative observations into a visual hierarchy, from specific comments to overarching issues, guiding design decisions with user-centric patterns.
03
Personas
A persona is an archetype of a user that helps designers and developers empathize by understanding their users' business and personal contexts.
According to our Affinity Diagram, we set up 5 different personas, each of which corresponds to a different target group, allowing us to better design through the mind of the user.
04
User Flow
User flow meticulously charts a user's journey through a social fitness application, starting with initial engagement features such as group formation, search, and membership functionalities. It expands into personalized workout scheduling, tracking, and analysis, integrating community interaction features like posting, direct messaging, and event scheduling. This flow underscores the application's dual focus on individual fitness goals and community building, highlighting the seamless integration of social networking with health and wellness tracking to foster a supportive user environment.
05
Lo-Fi Prototype
Prior to advancing to the high-fidelity prototype, a low-fidelity version was executed to engage our target users in the design process. This approach allowed for direct feedback and necessary modifications, ensuring the prototype's evolution was closely aligned with user preferences and requirements, thereby streamlining the development process towards more user-centered outcomes.

Hi-Fi Prototype
To craft a high-fidelity prototype involves meticulous design and integration of user feedback from earlier stages, utilizing advanced tools to simulate the final product's look, feel, and function. This prototype aims to closely mimic the actual application, offering a realistic user interaction experience, including detailed visuals, complete user interface, and interactive elements. It serves as a critical step for finalizing design decisions, conducting in-depth user testing, and refining usability before development, ensuring the product aligns with user needs and expectations.
